Chris Siebenthaler
Co-Founder/ Owner
Austin resident since 1991. Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Over 20 years of experience in plumbing company management. In his off time, Chris spends his time as a kayak angler, musician, gardener, landscaper, and home chef with a passion for the living arts. He is engaged in his family, community, and friends.
Jason E. Smith
Co-Founder/Responsible Master Plumber
Jason and his wife Meghan have been married since 2001 and moved to Austin in 2004. They enjoy the outdoors, gardening, and canoeing on Lady Bird Lake. Jason has always tried to follow his Grandfather’s advice when it comes to work and problem solving, “Anything worth doing is worth doing it right.” Working in the plumbing industry can be challenging, especially in this ever changing world we live in. That is why Jason believes it is so important to do things right the first time and avoid short cuts. Jason has been working in the plumbing industry for 18 years, and has had the opportunity to work in a broad range of areas within the plumbing discipline. He has experience working on new construction and remodel projects in both residential and commercial including high rise condominiums, restaurants, and industrial businesses. Plumbers help protect the health of the nation and that is a commitment Jason does not take lightly.
Dilan Green
Journeyman Plumber
Dilan, a Texas native, celebrates that he was, “recently engaged to my beautiful fiancé, Aundrea.” Go Dilan & Aundrea! We are so happy for the two of you. Dilan is a seasoned plumber of 7 years with experience in remodels, service and commercial plumbing, and he brings key leadership qualities and experience to Redbud Plumbing. Dilan enjoys hunting, fishing and the outdoors with Aundrea and their two fur babies, Clyde and Karemell. Living the good life!
Miles
Ambassador of Smiles/Shop Puppy
Miles understands the importance of a good attitude, and spreads it through his undeniable puppy cuteness. He likes to eat, sleep, play fetch, destroy toys, and loves other doggies and humans. He is a part of the Redbud family, and can often be found in the office doing what he likes to do best, sleep.
