The Redbud Plumbing Team
Chris Siebenthaler is the Co-Founder and Owner of our company, bringing decades of leadership and dedication to the team. Originally from Houston, Texas, Chris has proudly called Austin home for the past 35 years. After graduating from UT in 1999, Chris was offered a management position at a plumbing company—a pivotal moment that sparked a lifelong career in the industry. He is a Lifetime Member of Texas Exes
Chris values building relationships with clients, employees, and vendors, believing the human connection is priceless. Outside of work, Chris enjoys kayak fishing, gardening, cooking, playing music, and spending time with family and friends.
Jason and his wife Meghan have been married since 2001 and moved to Austin in 2004. They enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and canoeing on Lady Bird Lake. Jason has always followed his grandfather’s advice: “Anything worth doing is worth doing it right.” This philosophy guides his approach to work and problem solving, especially in the ever-changing plumbing industry.
With over 24 years of experience, Jason has worked across a broad range of areas within the plumbing discipline, including new construction and remodel projects in both residential and commercial settings—such as high-rise condominiums, restaurants, and industrial businesses. He believes that plumbers play a vital role in protecting the health of the nation, and he is deeply committed to doing things right the first time and avoiding shortcuts.
Meghan is the business administrator at Redbud Plumbing, bringing over 25 years of office experience to the team. Originally from Waco, TX, Meghan moved to Austin in 2004 and has been around construction most of her life. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys walking with friends, crafting, playing with her three chihuahuas, and spending time with her husband. Meghan takes pride in keeping things organized and supporting both the team and customers with care and attention.
Lon is a dedicated journeyman service plumber who brings both skill and enthusiasm to every project. He has called Austin home for many years. He enjoys the challenges of service plumbing because it allows him to meet new people, solve problems, and learn something new each day.
Outside of work, Lon can often be found on the disc golf course, hiking scenic trails, or fishing by the water. He also loves spending time with his dog, who’s his loyal adventure companion. Lon’s mix of technical expertise and a personable approach make him a valued member of our team and a trusted resource for our customers.
Junior is a journeyman plumber in our remodel and new construction division, bringing decades of experience and dedication to his craft. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, he has proudly called Austin home for the past 33 years. Plumbing was his very first job when he arrived in the United States, and it quickly became a lifelong passion.
He loves every aspect of his work, from the hands-on problem solving to the satisfaction of building something lasting. Outside of work, Junior enjoys spending time with his wife, Mely, and his two children, Mia and Saul. His commitment to both his family and his profession makes him a valued member of our team and a trusted partner for our clients.
Gonsalo is a master plumber in our remodel and new construction division, bringing decades of experience and craftsmanship to every project. He grew up in Uvalde, Texas, and has proudly called Austin home since 1983. His plumbing journey began in the 1980s while working at a nursing home, where a chance connection with the administrator’s friend — a plumber in need of an apprentice — set him on the path to his lifelong career.
What Gonsalo enjoys most about his work is the satisfaction of looking back at the end of the day and seeing all that has been accomplished. Outside of work, he treasures time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and loves firing up the grill for family gatherings. His dedication, skill, and pride in his craft make him an invaluable part of our team.
Rudy is a journeyman service plumber who brings both skill and curiosity to his work. Originally from La Mirada, California, he has called Austin home for the past year. Inspired by his father, who is also a plumber, Rudy entered the trade to carry on the family tradition.
He enjoys service plumbing because it allows him to work with his hands, solve problems, and thrive in an ever-changing environment. Outside of work, Rudy produces music, goes mountain biking, and loves exploring thrift stores in search of vintage music equipment. His mix of technical expertise and creative energy makes him a valued member of our team and a trusted partner for our customers.
Vincent is an apprentice plumber in our remodel and new construction division, bringing dedication and fresh perspective to the trade. Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, he has lived in the Austin area for the past two years. After serving in the Army, Vincent was introduced to plumbing by his father, and he quickly embraced the opportunity to build a career in the field.
He enjoys plumbing work because it allows him to meet new people and experience different environments each day. Outside of work, Vincent likes exploring Austin by taking walks in new areas, going to the gym, trying out local restaurants, and listening to music. His commitment to learning and his enthusiasm for both his work and community make him a valued member of our team.
Jacob is an apprentice plumber in our remodel and new construction division, dedicated to mastering his craft and building a lasting career in the trade. Originally from Pequannock Township, New Jersey, he has proudly called Austin home since 2007. Drawn to plumbing for the opportunity to work outdoors, use his hands, and learn a skilled trade, Jacob brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to every project.
He enjoys meeting like-minded people on jobsites, helping others, and values the fact that his work connects him with real people every day. Outside of work, Jacob loves snowboarding, kayaking, and fishing — hobbies that reflect his adventurous spirit and appreciation for the outdoors. His commitment to learning and his passion for both work and life make him a valued member of our team.
Miles understands the importance of a good attitude, and spreads it through his undeniable puppy cuteness. He likes to eat, sleep, play fetch, destroy toys, and loves other doggies and humans. He is a part of the Redbud family, and can often be found in the office doing what he likes to do best, sleep.
